Polite society taught previous generations rigid rules of etiquette and behaviour; what to wear, say and do in any given situation. Whilst the system provided structure and a clear code of conduct, society also used it to divide and sort people into classes and statuses based on money, position, and culture.

It’s time for a fresh approach, taking all the good qualities and guidelines of the past and making them relevant to the complexity of modern work, relationships and life whilst ensuring they are fully inclusive. New approaches that bring together, not divide.

During my programs, all concepts, suggestions, and ideas presented are, at their core, based on consideration for one another and acknowledge that people come from varied backgrounds.

The content is presented in a manner that is relatable and relevant and promotes action.

Suffice to say, I have endured enough dreary, lackluster presentations to know that people learn best when engaged, relaxed and concepts are delivered with humour.
